30 Years ago today the world watched a shy 20 year old become a princess. I was in England at the time, a 10 year old who didn't think about the royal family much and today would be no different, until I saw Diana walk up the aisle with her big puffy dress. I remember riding my bike to the shop and they had the telly on, as I was picking out my sweets I looked up and saw her, everyone in the shop stopped to watch and then I quickly rode home and watched the rest.
After that moment I remember going out and getting my mom to buy me a jigsaw puzzle, key rings and books about Diana and I also got the Diana haircut.
